The Lock Haven Levee Trail, also known as the William Clinger Riverwalk, is a beautifully paved pathway along the levee that serves as a scenic buffer between the Susquehanna Greenway River Town of Lock Haven and the West Branch Susquehanna River. This 4.7-mile out-and-back trail is well-lit, making it perfect for jogging from Lock Haven University to Piper Memorial Airport or for a leisurely stroll to take in the natural beauty of the Pennsylvania Wilds. The ideal time to visit this trail is year-round.
The trail passes right by the J. Doyle Corman Amphitheater and Floating Stage. During the summer months, visitors can enjoy the Lock Haven Summer Concert Series from the trail or amphitheater, with some boaters even anchoring nearby for a front-row view from the river.
