State Route 150
Runs north-south through Clinton County from Avis in the north to Beech Creek in the south. It passes through Lock Haven, Flemington and Mill Hall. Part of SR 150 is PennDOT Bike Route G.
State Route 120
Runs east-west. From Lock Haven in the east, this state scenic byway runs along the West Branch Susquehanna River (through the Bucktail Trail State Park Natural Area), passes through Hyner, North Bend, and Renovo. From Renovo west the road is also known as part of the Elk Scenic Drive. SR 120 also follows the Sinnemahoning Creek to the county line then continues to Emporium and on to Ridgway.
State Route 144
Runs north-south. From Renovo SR 144 south is the High Plateau state scenic byway and is also known as part of the Elk Scenic Drive. There are two improved overlooks along the southern route. From Renovo toward the south is Snow Show and I-80. To the north are villages of Tamarack, Hammersley Fork, Cross Fork, Ole Bull, Cherry Springs and Potter County.
State Route 664
Runs north-south. From the Veterans Memorial Bridge in Lock Haven, SR 664 is a winding road, known as the Coudersport Pike, which climbs the mountains to connect with SR 44 near Haneyville. This route can take you to Hyner View, Black Forest and Cherry Springs State Park.
State Route 64
Runs north-south. From Mill Hall south, Rt., 64 follows Fishing Creek through the mountain gap and farming communities toward Lamar and Interstate 80. South of I-80 and Lamar you travel toward State College. This is a segment for PennDOT Bike Route G.

The City of Lock Haven operates the William T. Piper Memorial Airport, a General Aviation facility located at the eastern end of the City. The Airport has a paved runway measuring 100' x 3,800', a runway lighting system and paved taxiways and tie down areas. It also has a turf runway measuring 100' x 2,200'. The facility includes 27 T-Hangar spaces which are leased for airplane storage
