The Bloody Skillet trail is a 44.6-mile loop trail that's suitable for off-road driving and hiking. It's considered a challenging route with an elevation gain of 5,085 ft and can take around 18 hours and 2 minutes to complete. In Pennsylvania, ATVs can only be driven on designated trails in state forests. State parks, state forest roads, and state game lands are not open to ATVs.

    The trail is open from the Friday before Memorial Day through the last full weekend in September. The winter season for ATVs is from December 20 to April 1
